Caroline is an Austin native and took on the role of Executive Director of A Legacy of Giving in 2016. Before joining Legacy, Caroline spent nearly six years at Robin Hood, New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization. She focused on Family and Youth Philanthropy Programs, Governance and Board Placement and Development. Previous to working at Robin Hood, Caroline served as the Tour Director for Mwangaza Children’s Choir, a program of Africa Renewal Ministries. Caroline has devoted her career to educating and engaging young people and families on the issues of poverty and instilling philanthropic values to children of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. Caroline has served as a mentor through iMentor since 2012. She received a BS in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.

Dianne directs A Legacy of Giving’s curriculum implementation and programming with our school partners and joined the Legacy team in 2015. She served as a classroom teacher for 15 years with Pflugerville ISD and Round Rock ISD. Following her tenure as an educator, she worked at Pearson as an English Content and Curriculum Specialist and Sales Consultant. Dianne has dedicated her career to education and believes in the importance of youth learning to advocate for themselves and others, in service to their communities. Dianne has served as a volunteer leader for the Kerrville Folk Festival since 2003. She received a BS in Education from the University of North Texas.
